When document checks burn hours

Cross-checking a single contract against a checklist eats 10 minutes. The neural model reacts to a new attachment in Bitrix, runs the document through the checklist, and posts a comment highlighting issues. A human makes the call.

02 — 05

When mornings cost 60 minutes

Every morning the employee gathers statuses through VPN, e-filing services, and government portals — manual screenshots and all — for up to 60 minutes a day. A robot pulls statuses via API to the start of the working day. Results land in chat and on the shared drive.

03 — 05

When a rejection takes hours to parse

Parsing a rejection from a government agency takes hours. Fines run into hundreds of thousands of rubles. The automation extracts the reason, finds the task in Bitrix by name or company, and posts a ready recommendation: cancel, resubmit, or change the address.

04 — 05

When a missed deadline costs a million

Mandatory employment reports go out in one working day, immigration notices in three. A miss costs ₽400K to ₽1M per employee. The bot scans Bitrix tasks, computes deadlines, and pings the executor and the curator 24 hours ahead.

05 — 05

When the rules live in Excel

Red-zone rules (restricted addresses, regional bans) live in Excel — automation has nothing to read. We move the tables into a database with a validator. The system reads passport and patent scans, matches them against the task. The templater drafts standard letters.

Estimate the impact

We automate Word + Excel merges, validate registries before they hit the ERP, and ship templates for standard letters and consents. Full list on demo.

Around your ERP, not inside it

The ERP stays with the executor. We don't step into your integrator's zone of responsibility.

Before ERP

Prepare a clean input

Check documents with a neural model, recognize passports and patents, validate against reference data.

Inside ERP

Untouched

The executor works in your ERP as usual. Configuration changes are the integrator's job.

After ERP

We pick up the result

Export XML, ship to e-filing services, collect protocols, and close tasks in Bitrix.

Who this fits

Real customer details sit under NDA. Below — a composite portrait of the company whose processes we automate fastest.

Profile
A holding with more than 5 legal entities, back-office up to 100 employees. Stack: ERP for payroll, Bitrix, e-filing services, EDI providers, and government portals.
What the first pilot closed
Morning status pull, incoming-document checks against 14 checklists, government-rejection handling, deadline control.
Outcome
Freed up to 60 minutes of every employee's day. Cut missed deadlines to zero. Removed the fine risk.
Time to result
First automation — 2 weeks. Full pilot — 8 weeks.

What we don't do — on purpose

We don't replace people

We strip out routine: the employee stops opening the browser, copying screenshots, and filling out registries by hand. Every final call still belongs to a human.

We don't touch the ERP

No configuration changes, no stepping into the integrator's zone. The ERP runs the way it did before.

We don't push to government systems automatically

Any submission goes out only after an explicit confirmation from the employee. Full automation of submissions is a separate decision, taken after the pilot.

We don't claim the integrator's infrastructure

If your integrator shares access to Postgres or an OCR service — great, it speeds us up. If not — we'll do it ourselves.

Pilot roadmap

01 — 03

Foundation and quick wins

Up to 8 weeks. ETL of reference data into a database. LLM document checks against checklists. Deadline bot. Utilities and templaters. From you: access to Bitrix and copies of Excel reference tables.

02 — 03

Reporting and statuses

Up to 3 months. Morning status pulls from e-filing services, EDI providers, and government portals. Rejection handler. Passport OCR with validation. Mandatory-report submission «after the ERP» via API. From you: e-filing and EDI provider APIs, organisation digital-signature mandate for the government portal, VPN.

03 — 03

Programmatic ERP channel (optional)

An HTTP service inside an ERP configuration extension — built by your integrator. Lia drafts the spec and signs off on the result with you. From you: an agreement with the integrator.

What does «not touching the ERP» mean? Where's the line?
The line is at ERP configuration changes. Reading from your systems' APIs (Bitrix, e-filing services, EDI providers, government portals) — that's us. ERP modules, extension code, role permissions — that's your integrator. On the first and second phases we don't even open the ERP.
What if we run a different ERP — vendor or in-house?
The approach works with any system of record — we automate processes around it. Vendor ERPs, industry-specific configurations, custom in-house systems — the integration points are the same: CRM, messengers, government portals, network shares. On demo we'll look at your combination and recommend where to start.
Who's accountable for submissions to government agencies?
On the first phase — the employee. The automation prepares the input, the human presses submit. Automated submission is a separate decision, taken after the pilot and confirmed in writing. The audit log records every step.
Do we need a separate agreement with our ERP integrator?
Not on phases one and two. On phase three — yes: we'll need a spec for an HTTP service inside an ERP configuration extension. We draft the spec, your integrator builds it, we sign off together.
Which access will you request at kickoff?
Bitrix REST API, e-filing and EDI provider tokens, digital-signature mandate for organisations on the government portal, read/write to the shared folder with reporting. No ERP access requested. Full list in the email before the pilot starts.
