Through the contact and demo forms on this site we collect the information you submit directly: name, work email, phone number, company website, headcount range, and any free-text description of your task. We also log the URL of the page where the form was submitted, the referrer, the timestamp, and a hidden locale field reflecting the language version of the site you used.

Visitors on the Russian site (lia.chat without the /en prefix) are tracked with Yandex Metrika. The English site does not load Yandex Metrika or any other analytics tracker.

We use the information you submit to schedule a demonstration, qualify your inquiry, and prepare materials specific to your context. A member of our team will follow up by email or phone using the contact details you provided. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third-party advertisers.

Personal data submitted through this site is processed in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Storage and processing happen on the Russian Federation's territory. For on-prem and managed-cloud deployments of the Lia platform with customers, separate data-residency arrangements are agreed in the engagement contract.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@lia.chat. We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
